DiSPOSiTiONS

I feel like dispositions can not be taught because it's your own opinion and this is your time to write what you feel. Their should be no teaching involved. I feel like these dispositions were very useful for me to do, because I was able to express what i felt about certain criteria.

I would recommend for future use that you keep using these dispositions because they will be useful to future teachers.

RESiLiENCE

I think everybody that wants to be a teacher knows that it will be stressful at first. They should already know this because hey were students once before and saw the way theirs teachers stressed out. The teachers that do not know this will have a rude awakening their first couple of years as a teacher. You really can not prepare for these types of situations because they usually just happen and there's nothing you can do about it.

If people want to be teachers then their going to stick with that career. We can't really prevent teachers from changing their professions less than three years into their career because it depends on how strong the person is. Teachers need to be strong so they will survive, weak teachers are not useful in the workforce. Teachers that are weak will not last as teachers, children are to manipulative to their teachers these days.

HUMiLiTY

Humility is a word that has a lot of different meanings to it. People that have a lot of pride, sometimes even too much pride in themselves think that they always have to be right and can never be wrong.

I'm the type of person that can be honest with others and myself, and that will admit if I'm wrong. I have a lot of pride that i hold and that I will never deny, but I still will admit if I'm wrong. I have been wrong plenty of times, so there none that really stick out to me.

Everyone should always admit when their wrong. People will have so much more respect for them and treat them better.

COLLABORATiVENESS

I have been playing softball since I was four years old. The teams that I have played on before do not even compare to Luther Softball. Last year I was a freshman, and I just loved how the team bonded so much, and how everyone was really nice and welcoming. I think what made our team successful was the connection we all had and how we acted like a family. To make a team successful you must act like a team and all get along during game time. There is no I in the word team, so all of the team members need to come together and act like a family and play their hearts out.
